Required Health Examinations

Pennsylvania mandates the following health examinations

• Physicals - School Entry, Grade 6, and Grade 11
• Dental - School Entry, Grade 3, and Grade 7
• Hearing - School Entry, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade 7, and Grade 11
• Vision - All Grades
• Height, Weight & BMI - All Grades
• Scoliosis - Grade 6 and Grade 7
